Special order items  are items that we do not carry in our stock. Therefore they are ordered in special just for your specific needs. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Stocked Non-Furniture Items

Returns & Exchanges are accepted

We accept returns and exchanges for all stocked non-furniture items within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

Shipping CHarges not accepted

Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.

Final Sale & Clearance

Returns and Exchanges Not accepted

Clearance and Final Sale items purchased are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This policy includes all Floor Model Furniture Purchases.

Product Variations

Be aware that certain variations in size, color, finish, and texture are characteristics of handmade products and natural materials are NOT considered defective.

Authorized Retailer

Ville and Rue is an authorized retailer of the products in our in person storefront as well as our online store and not the manufacturer. Therefore, we are restricted to the warranties and the policies set forth by the manufacturer of the product.

Warranty details

Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, neglect, lack of preventative maintenance, and natural environmental effects on solid wood furniture.


Terms of COnduct

If you find that an item is damaged. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. From there we may file a claim and take steps to replace your damaged item as efficiently as possible.

When filing a claim for a damaged item, send photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging and send those images to
